Leadership Bonus
The Leadership Bonus is an EXTRA performance and value-based grant awarded by the Global Board within the Betfin Network to leaders who demonstrate top-tier performance, integration, and commitment to community development.
✓ Who is eligible?
- • Those who have achieved a defined rank in the Betfin Network career system
- • Those actively contributing to the growth of the Betfin Network community
- • Those representing Betfin uniformly and professionally
⚠️ Important:
The Leadership Bonus is separate from and in addition to the Betfin technology affiliate reward model, which is strictly defined by a smart contract. Upon achieving a rank and submitting an application, each applicant receives 10% of the LEADERSHIP BONUS for the given rank. The remaining 90% is paid out only upon approval by the BOARD. It is not an automatic reward!
Basic Conditions for the Leadership Bonus
Approval is solely at the discretion of the Global Board based on individual assessment and subsequent approval by a majority of its members:
Career Performance
- ▸Achievement of the defined CAPTAIN+ rank
- ▸Long-term activity (not a one-time performance)
Cooperation within a Unified System
- ▸Working according to the approved affiliate and community system
- ▸Not utilizing parallel or competing businesses
- ▸Respecting Global Board decisions
- ▸Regular reporting of volume and new ranks within their organization
Representation and Professional Performance
- ▸Professional conduct both online and offline
- ▸No damage to the Betfin brand (verbally or through behavior)
- ▸Transparent, truthful, and responsible communication
- ▸Leading by example according to RULE values
Teamwork and Community-wide Cooperation
- ▸Supporting other leaders and their growth
- ▸No sabotaging, polarizing, or dividing the community
- ▸Sharing know-how, experience, and best practices
- ▸Actively contributing to a positive atmosphere
Active Involvement in Betfin Network Development
- ▸Participation in strategic calls
- ▸Mentoring and active development of leaders within their own organization
- ▸Collaboration on events, training, and workshops
- ▸Testing and feedback for new systems
